Welcome to the Max Cash® Candy Contest! We are very excited for Halloween this year so we have decided to run an exciting online giveaway where entrants take a guess at how many pieces of candy are in the Halloween bowl! The rules are simple – just go onto one of our social media pages (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and click our link in bio to submit your best guess of how many pieces of candy are inside the Halloween bowl!
Contestants may enter only one guess, which must be a whole number. Guesses are accepted starting October 2, 2023, beginning at 1:00 P.M. MST (Arizona Time Zone), up until the entry deadline of October 31st, at 1:00 P.M. MST (Arizona Time Zone). Once the contest has ended and all entries have been counted, the person whose guess comes closest to the actual amount without going over will be declared the winner!
The lucky winner will receive a check for $250! The number of total submissions is capped at (1) per person. Any additional submissions will be disqualified and deleted. Contestants will be capped at 50,000, so enter soon for your chance to win!
This exciting and lucrative contest is sponsored by Max Cash. Residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate. Contest Rules
1. Eligibility
The Max Cash® Candy Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The Max Cash® Candy Contest (the “Contest”) is subject to federal, state, and local laws / regulations.
2. How to Enter
The Candy Contest will take place on our main website. The participant will fill out the online submission form linked on the Contest page. The participant will be required to submit their first and last name as well as their email and phone number. They will then be prompted to submit their guess for the amount of candy that they think is in the bowl.
3. Guess Submission
Guesses are submitted by filling out the form on the Contest landing page. Participants can reach the Contest landing page by visiting the link in the @MaxCashOfficial profile bio. Participants must submit their guesses of the amount of candy in the bowl by completing the online form. In order for a submission to be valid, participants must submit their guess through the official contest website (maxcash.com). No other forms of submission will be accepted.
4. Guess Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person for the initial entry of the Contest period. Any duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified or deleted that are not part of the one (1) initial entry.
5. Calculation of the Winner
The person with the closest guess without going over to the actual number of candy in the bowl will win. Only one (1) person will win the Contest. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Tiebreakers
In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by who submitted their guess first as determined by the date and time stamps on the entries.
7. Announcement of the Winner
The winner will be notified via email within five business days (5) days of the Contest end date. The winner will also be announced on Max Cash’s designated social media accounts. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Contest Winner
After the Contest has concluded and the winner is determined, the winner will be mailed a “Max Cash® Candy Contest” laminated sign to be used for the contest winner announcement by Max Cash. The picture must be taken and sent to Max Cash within five (5) days of receipt.
9. Prize
The winner will receive a check for $250 for guessing the right amount of candy in the bowl. The currency will be in U.S. dollars. No prize substitution requests will be accepted. Prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.
10. Disqualification
Max Cash reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
• Fails to comply with these terms.
• Provides false or misleading information during the entry process.
• Attempts to manipulate or compromise the fairness of the contest.

2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any aspect of the Contest for any reason at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or invalid entries. Taxes on the prize value, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all decisions by Us. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason, in our sole discretion.
3. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any human or technical error that may occur in the administration of the Contest, including the announcement of the winner.
4. Governing Law
This Contest and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United States of America. By entering, all participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of The United States of America for any disputes arising out of this Contest.
