Contest Rules
1. Introduction
This “Max Cash® x @thepuppyguy_ Apple AirPods Giveaway Contest ” (the “Contest”) is operated by Max Cash. The Contest involves participants following the applicable social media pages and signing up on the Max Cash website. This document sets out the terms and conditions of the Contest. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. How to Enter
Must follow @thepuppyguy_ and @maxcashofficial on TikTok. The participant will fill out the online submission form linked on the Contest page. The participant will be required to submit their first and last name, as well as their email and username.
4. Submission Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person. Any duplicate or automated entries that are not part of the one (1) initial entry will be disqualified.
5. Prizes
TThere is only one winner for this Contest. Prize is one pair of Apple AirPods (Fourth Generation).
6. General Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any aspect of the Contest for any reason at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or invalid entries. Taxes on the prize value, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all decisions by Us. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason, in our sole discretion.
7. Disqualification
Max Cash® reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Fails to comply with these terms.
- Provides false or misleading information during the entry process.
- Attempts to manipulate or compromise the fairness of the contest.
8. Contest Period
The Contest runs from January 13th, 2025, to January 16th, 2025. Winners will be announced on January 17th, 2025.
9. Choosing the Winners
Winners will be chosen randomly on January 17th, 2025.
10. Winners Notified
The winners will be notified via email or TikTok within five (5) business days of the Contest end date. The winners will also be announced on Max Cash’s designated social media accounts. If the winner doesn’t respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any human or technical error that may occur in the administration of the Contest, including the announcement of the winner.
2. Governing Law
This Contest and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United States of America. By entering, all participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of The United States of America for any disputes arising out of this Contest.
3. Publicity and Marketing
By participating, entrants grant Max Cash® the right to use their names and video submissions for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
